# ⏰ Scheduled Scans Are Here

ArbiSource Scheduled Scans automatically add your regular store, category, reverse and custom scans to your queue at your chosen time. Available on Pro and above.

It's one of our most commonly requested features and has been requested for some time, and it's finally live in ArbiSource.

Until now, getting fresh results meant remembering to open ArbiSource and start the same scans yourself each day. With **Scheduled Scans**, you can **set your sourcing routine once and let ArbiSource queue your regular scans automatically**. Once a schedule is saved, your scans are **automatically added to your queue at your chosen time**, and you don't need to keep ArbiSource open.

### 🛠️ Creating a Schedule

Setting up a schedule takes a few seconds:

1. Set up your scan in ArbiSource as you normally would.
2. Click the **clock icon beside Start Scan**.
3. Give your schedule a **name** so you can recognise it later.
4. Choose **daily or weekly**, and pick the **days** you want.
5. Set your **time and timezone**. Times are chosen in **15-minute intervals**.

Save it, and that's your routine sorted. Scheduled Scans works with **Store, Reverse and Category scans**, plus **Custom scans on Premium**.

### 📋 Managing Your Schedules

Click the **clock icon beside Scan Queue** to see all of your saved schedules in one place. From there you can:

- ✏️ **Edit** a schedule's settings
- ⏸️ **Pause** a schedule when you don't need it
- ▶️ **Resume** it again whenever you're ready
- 🗑️ **Delete** schedules you no longer need

Each schedule also shows its **next occurrence** and the **status of its last run**, so you can see at a glance that everything is ticking along.

### 📌 Availability and How the Queue Works

- Scheduled Scans are available on **Pro and above**. Custom scans (and scheduling them) are on **Premium**.
- You can have **one schedule per time slot each day** on your account.

Scheduled scans are added to your queue just like a scan you start yourself. That means **if another scan is already running, your scheduled scan will wait in the queue** until it's its turn, and your **existing scan limits, allowances and cache settings still apply**.

To stop your queue filling up with duplicates, **if a schedule's previous run is still queued or running, the next occurrence is skipped**.

### 🔍 Bonus: New Scan Button in the Vault

We've also added a new **Scan** button beside the retailer and category dropdowns in the Vault. If the data you're looking at is older than you'd like, it takes you straight to creating a scan for that retailer or category, so you don't have to set it up from scratch.
